Completed her legal studies at the Hebrew University in 1992. She is an expert in real estate law.  Throughout her years of practice, she has gained extensive experience in accompanying urban renewal transactions and real estate transactions of various types, at all stages, and has represented contracting companies, developers and private clients in a wide range of activities in the field of real estate and related fields. In addition to her activities in commercial matters, Adv. Sapir-Chen deals with issues of personal status: Continuous Powers of Attorney, Wills, prenuptial agreements, estates etc. and matters related to the legal status of same-sex couples.   She has been a member of the Bar Association in Israel since 1993,  She is a Notary, a qualified Mediator with certification in family law, a graduate of a two-year program for coaching of groups at the Magid Institute of the Hebrew University and is legally qualified to draft and sign Continuous Powers of Attorney according to the law.
