Completed her legal studies at the Hebrew University in 1992.  She deals with matters of civil law and in particular related to real estate.  Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in dealing with real estate transactions of various kinds through all their stages and has represented contractors, entrepreneurs and private clients in a wide range of activities related to real estate and similar fields.  In addition to her activities in commercial matters, Adv. Sapir-Chen deals with issues of personal status: Continuous Powers of Attorney, Wills, prenuptial agreements, estates etc. and matters related to the legal status of same-sex couples.   She has been a member of the Bar Association in Israel since 1993,  She is a Notary, a qualified Mediator, a graduate of a two-year program for coaching of groups at the Magid Institute of the Hebrew University and is legally qualified to draft and sign Continuous Powers of Attorney according to the law.
